Board Member (Non-Executive) – New Ventures Group AG + Family Office Holding (Verenta Holdings) (m/f/d)

// ABOUT US
New Ventures Group AG (NVG) is an investor-led venture platform focused on early-stage and growth investments, combining disciplined capital allocation with hands-on support for founders. Alongside NVG, our family office holding (Verenta Holdings) is building a long-term, multi-generational investment portfolio across private markets and selected real assets.

We are looking for an experienced, well-networked Board Member (Non-Executive Director) to strengthen governance, investment oversight, and our connectivity to the family office ecosystem.

// YOUR ROLE
Participate in monthly board meetings (and occasional ad-hoc calls when needed)
Provide strategic oversight of the investment strategy, portfolio construction, and risk management
Act as a sparring partner for the executive team on deal evaluation, structuring, and governance
Support co-investment and syndication opportunities, primarily with other family offices
Contribute to the ongoing development of investment processes, reporting, and decision frameworks
Represent the company externally when helpful (select investor/partner interactions)

// WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven board-level experience (or senior leadership experience with strong governance exposure)
Strong track record in investing (venture capital/private equity/private credit/secondaries), with investment experience as the primary focus
Existing relationships with family offices, principals, and investment decision-makers (Switzerland / DACH and international)
Sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to challenge constructively
Comfortable with startup environments, but mainly investment-driven in mindset and experience
Availability and reliability for monthly board meetings (Zurich / hybrid)
